User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Scope

By installing, accessing, or using Youpi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this User Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App.

2. Services and Eligibility

2.1 Service Description

Youpi is a lightweight app for meditation and yoga practice support, including but not limited to:

• course browsing and quick-start sessions;
• session timer, mood score, and practice records;
• local storage of records you actively create;
• virtual coin purchases through Apple IAP (if available).

2.2 Account Model

Youpi currently does not require account registration or login. You understand the related local-data and device-transfer limitations in an account-free model.

2.3 Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to use the App. Minors should use Youpi with parent or guardian supervision where required by law.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some features may involve Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). Payments are processed by Apple and are governed by Apple's terms.

• prices and product details are shown on the purchase screen;
• refunds and payment disputes follow Apple platform rules and applicable law;
• Youpi does not store your full card data or payment credentials.

4. Local Data and User Responsibility

Practice records you create (such as duration, mood score, and optional images) are stored locally on your device by default.

• You may clear local records from in-app settings;
• deleted records are generally not recoverable;
• you are responsible for ensuring any uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• reverse engineer, crack, interfere with, or disrupt the App;
• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activities;
• use automation or abnormal methods to affect normal operation.

6. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Youpi is for general wellness and self-management only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Youpi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The App is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Legal Compliance by Region

We aim to comply with applicable consumer and data protection laws, including:

• California, USA: CCPA/CPRA-related rights;
• Canada: PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws;
• Singapore: PDPA;
• Australia: Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

Where local mandatory law provides stronger protection, such law prevails.

9. Updates and Contact

We may update this Agreement due to product, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions will be published in-app or through other reasonable notice channels with a new effective date.
