- No identity collection for core use: We do not require your name, phone number, email, ID number, or similar personal identifiers to use core features.
- Local-first data: Practice data you create is stored on your device by default.
- No profiling ads: We do not provide behavior-based targeted advertising profiles.
2. Data We Process
2.1 Data You Actively Create (Local)
When using practice features, the app may save the following data locally:
- practice duration, category, and completion status;
- practice images you voluntarily choose/upload (if you use this feature);
- mood scores and similar user-entered values.
This data supports product features such as recording, statistics, and review.
2.2 Data We Do Not Proactively Collect
- no mandatory account information (because no account system);
- no contacts, SMS, or call logs;
- no precise location for core functions;
- no heart-rate/sleep data from health platforms for core functions;
- no direct personal identifiers for user profiling.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data only as needed to deliver core app functionality and maintain stability, including:
- displaying your practice progress and history;
- allowing local data management and deletion;
- showing purchase outcomes initiated by you (if applicable).
Applicable legal bases may include service performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (such as abuse prevention), depending on jurisdiction.
4. Third-Party Services and Payments
If you use In-App Purchases (IAP), payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store your full bank card details or payment credentials.
Apple may process transaction-related data under its own privacy terms as an independent controller/processor depending on context. Please review Apple's privacy policy as well.

5. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
- practice data you create is stored locally on your device by default;
- you can clear local records from settings;
- deleted data is generally not recoverable.

We aim to respect and comply with applicable privacy laws, including:
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain processing where applicable;
- Canada (PIPEDA): rights related to access, correction, transparency, and safeguards;
- Singapore (PDPA): notice/consent, access/correction, and purpose limitation requirements;
- Australia (Privacy Act & APPs): notice, access, correction, and security obligations.
